3DeeSlide Frequently Asked Questions

Can I use the 3DeeSlide with a screen protector?
Yes you can, in fact we recommend that for the protection of your screen you use a protective film.

The 3DeeSlide is designed to easily slip onto the iPhone or iPod Touch from the bottom of the device. It has been designed to make all buttons and connections available to you when installed.
Removing your 3DeeSlide
To remove, you may need to slightly pull the 3DeeSlide away from the device on the top left side where the volume control is located.
My 3DeeLens sticks to the screen
A coating has been applied to the lens during manufacturing which may cause the 3Deelens to stick to your screen. This will stop to happen over time. If you wish, you can wash the lens with gentle soap and water and wipe clean with a soft cloth.
Care and Maintenance of your 3DeeSlide and 3DeeLens
Storing your lens - The lens for your 3DeeSlide is shipped in a special sleeve that keeps it from getting dirty or scratched. It is made of a special material and when not in use, the lens should always be stored in the provided sleeve. The sleeve is the same size as most credit card holders, so can be safely stored in your wallet.

Using the Alignment Image

Download the provided alignment image and store it in your device. Display the image in landscape mode by rotating your device. Place your thumbs on the left and right edges of the 3DeeLens and shift slightly left or right.

While you are doing this, the image may move and zoom as you make the adjustments to the lens. It is important to "pinch" it back to original size, and let it stabilize, after each adjustment, as a zoomed or enlarged image will not display a 3D effect.

When the 3DeeLens is properly aligned, you will see a proper 3D image. If the alignment is not correct, the image may look flat or the positions may be reversed.

Sweet Spot
The sweet spot is the distance you are viewing the screen from and the angle which you are viewing the screen at. The viewing distance for the best 3Dee effect is about 30-40 cm, or 12 to 16 inches. to find the sweet spot, tilt the device a bit left or right, up or down - you will see when the entire image comes into focus with the full 3D effect.
