  • Directly through their account interface.

For all your support incidents, the complete track to a solution is permanently preserved with your account information. Refer to it, or re-open, as you require.

PremiumPlus support includes 5 toll-free support instances. Not calls - instances - where our professionals work with you until your issue is resolved, regardless of the number of calls.

An unlimited number of instances can be opened online and they receive the same close attention.

Activating Premium Plus Support

After receiving the email confirming your subscription, activate PremiumPlus through the interface under your user profile.

  1. Log in to spatialview.com
  2. Hover your mouse over the Services and Support menu.
  3. Click on the My Account menu item at the bottom and you should arrive at your Profile page.
  4. Click on the Support tab to reach the Spatial View support interface.
  5. To activate support, enter your iPhone UDID and submit.

The page will redisplay, showing an active PremiumPlus support subscription, its expiry date, and the number of toll-free incidents available.
