Premium subscribers can open a support incident directly through their account interface. If an old problem resurfaces, the complete track to a solution is still there, even if the incident is closed, and old incidents can be re-opened if necessary.
In a world where most systems seem intent on spreading secrets, support instances for all Premium subscribers are private to their account.
The number of incidents that can be opened online is unlimited. If immediate telephone support is needed, call toll-free at US$50.00 per incident, payable in advance, credit card only. The number in North America is 1-877-591-5633, 9:00-20:00 Eastern Time.
Activating Premium Support
After receiving the email confirming your subscription, activate support through the interface under your user profile.
- Log in to spatialview.com
- Hover your mouse over the Services and Support menu.
- Click on the My Account menu item at the bottom and you should arrive at your Profile page.
- Click on the Support tab to reach the Spatial View support interface.
- To activate support, enter your iPhone UDID or your Wazabee Interlacer Pro serial number and submit.
You should then see that Premium support has been activated and the date it expires.
