The 3-D Film & Interactive Festival is recognized as the first festival of its kind in the world to feature a program comprised exclusively of 3-D stereoscopic content in all forms of entertainment media. Founded by 3-D filmmakers, the 3-D Film & Interactive Festival is dedicated to driving innovations in the 3-D entertainment industry and to help perpetuate the art and science of the medium.

Coinciding with the Toronto International Film Festival, 3DFF will be hosting a 3-D Lounge, and the premiere of Joe Dante’s The Hole. Spatial View has converted the movie’s trailer to display on an iPhone using the 3DeeShell and for display on their 46” auto stereoscopic screens.

The 3DeeShell uses Spatial View’s proprietary implementation of lenticular film, and interlacing technology that lets iPhone and iPod Touch users experience stereo 3D images, video and games without the need for special glasses.
