Tracking your Order

If you were not logged in when you ordered your 3DeeShell, an account was automatically created for you, which you can use to track your order. The password was not created, but you can set it up and have it emailed to you.

To create your password

Use this Have you forgotten your password? link: http://www.spatialview.com/en/user/password

It will prompt you for your email address. Make certain you use the same email address used when you placed your order. To confirm that, check the email received from the shop when your order was placed.

To view your order

Log in, using the link found at the top right of every page. Your Log In page opens, where all of your information is recorded. Your orders are listed beneath the "Orders" tab.

To view an order, click on the magnifying glass icon associated with it and the order will open. Then scroll down to the "Order Comments" field. When your order is shipped we do three things:

  1. Enter the tracking number in that field
  2. Change the status to "Shipped". ( A status of "Completed" tells us that the shop - World Pay processing finished correctly.)
  3. Update the order- which emails you with changed status and the tracking number.

To print your invoice

Login and open the order, as described above.

  1. Click on the Invoice tab to view the invoice.
  2. Click on the Printable Invoice link for a view you can print.
  3. Use your browser's printing function to print it out.
