The SVI Licensing Tool can help you solve issues related to Spatial View's electronic licensing technology. The following FAQ addresses the most common questions and shows how to use the SVI Licensing Tool.

1. How do I Uninstall Licenses

You can use the SVI Licensing Tool to remove a license after you have accidentally deleted or uninstalled Spatial View software products without returning the associated electronic licenses to Spatial View. You may also want to install the SVI Licensing Tool if you are using older versions of Spatial View software which did not come with an externally available SVI Licensing Tool.

You can use the SVI Licensing Tool to return a license to Spatial View if the following conditions are true:

• You have activated a license for a Spatial View software product.
• The specific activated license you want to return is permanently valid, i.e. it does not expire.

To return the license, first install the SVI Licensing Tool for your specific operating system. Then locate the SVI Licensing Tool on your computer. On Windows operating systems, you can find it in the Start menu in the Spatial View folder. On Mac OS it is installed into Applications. After the SVI Licensing Tool has started, you can select the license you want to return and the click the Return button in the lower right-hand corner, then follow the instructions presented on the screen.
