NCS to distribute Spatial View 3D products throughout Singapore, Middle East
and Asia Pacific

Toronto, ON and Singapore - Spatial View Inc., a leading developer of
3D image processing and display technologies, today announced that it has entered into
a major distribution agreement with NCS Communications Engineering, a subsidiary of
NCS Group. Under the terms of the agreement, NCS will distribute Spatial View 3D
products in selected territories of the Middle East and Asia Pacific regions, and
exclusively throughout Singapore.

NCS, a leading regional information technology and communications engineering
service provider in Asia Pacific and Middle East regions, will become an official
distributor and reseller of Spatial View 3D products. NCS will provide Spatial View
access into these key global markets while leveraging added support from its parent
company, the SingTel Group.
